Maggie Faulkner is the owner and head trainer of Ironstone Barbell. Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, She opened her own training facility in 2018. With a background in various sports, she took her endeavors to various types of training to become a more well round trainer, all while maintaining a large focus on functional fitness.
With her unique approach to training, she incorporates the conjugate method developed by Louie Simmons to help bring her athletes and clients to their full potential.

Jalen Ramsey is one of the best up-and-coming performance coaches on the East Coast. A hidden gem out of Norristown, Pennsylvania who played multiple sports in high school while finishing his high school track and field career as a high jumper that started his senior year ranked number two in the state.
He posted an amazing career as the best high jumper in Shippensburg University history holding the outdoor Record of 7 feet 1 3/4 of an inch and previous indoor record holder with 7 feet half-inch. 2x NCAA track and field all American, 8x USTFCCCA All-region, 3x PSAC champion , 6x PSAC place winner.
After his collegiate career Ramsey started his performance coach training under the leadership of Brandon Byrd of Byrd Sports Performance. After training with Brandenburg for two years, he started to work as the Sports Performance Director at TurfTime Athletics where he worked with some of the finest athletes in Central Pennsylvania.
His recent endeavors were working as a private performance trainer for New Orleans Saints Wide Receiver for over a year where he received his special strength certification from Westside Barbell. Ramsey learned, was mentored, trained and engaged with worldwide performance coaches and professional athletes around the world.
Joanne is a professional Strongwoman competitor with 12+ years of weight training. She has multiple state records in deadlift and axle press in Pennsylvania and Delaware and is also a full time Certified Physician Assistant.
Her experience is in strength training, including: Powerlifting, CrossFit, Olympic Lifting and Strongman as well as nutrition and water cuts for men or women of any and all levels of experience.
